Lockouts with a side of Excitement

The continuing process of league lockouts are still in progress. Going from just the NFL, with a long lockout where no one is able to agree over huge amount of money while saying they are caring about the fans. If they were truly caring about the fans then this greed for the money that they are fighting over would not have to be addressed but could be settled quickly. What happened to playing just for the love of the sport and to show off who has the better skill and team? Not only are the NFL going through this but the NBA is now entering their lockout and this one looks to be even worse than the NFL.

But for some hopeful news, the NFL is now meeting in Atlanta in hopes of ending this lockout within their next 7-10 days I hope this goes well so that we can get back to something to watch and to bash each others teams this fall. Go Patriots!

If you have not seen it yet, the controversial game of FIFA Women’s Cup 2011 USA vs Brazil was simply outstanding. Overcoming some bad calls, the Women’s USA team were able to tie up the game in the final minutes of the extra time from a perfect pass from Megan Rapinoe to Abby Wambach and then to end the game with a 5-3 penalty kicks for the win and to knock out the No.3 Brazil Team. Now we will wait to cheer for our Women’s Team against France this Wednesday July 14th, 2011 at 11:30 AM ET.

What do you think of the lockouts coming up? What is your favorite part of the USA vs Brazil game?
